Stainless steel tee is suitable for water supply system

　　The wide application of stainless steel tee in engineering provides the key technical support, which can be used to connect stainless steel pipes in domestic, commercial and water supply systems. The design pressure value and actual working pressure value of stainless steel tee joint in China, the appearance performance, corrosion performance, joint filling performance and process performance of flux meet the national standards.

　　The stainless steel tee is brazed by soft soldering method, but the flux activity can not meet the requirements. Based on the research on the mechanism and reaction law of active components, the purpose of this study is to develop a flux formula which can match with the stainless steel tee and realize the low temperature brazing of stainless steel tee. The reaction between the oxide film on the surface of stainless steel tee joint and flux and its removal mechanism are discussed in detail. The mechanical properties of the stainless steel tee joint and the physical and chemical properties of the flux are tested and evaluated.
