WPHY 65 45 Degree 5D Carbon Steel U Pipe Fitting Bend
According to the specifications of the pipe, select the good response ring, and make the hydraulic system in a state of preparation;Put the pipe in place, measure the bending point, clamp the clamp, start the water supply valve, and check the cooling water jet;
After confirming that the above items are normal, the induction power is applied.When the pipe is heated to a proper bending temperature by induction heating, open the feed oil circuit of the hydraulic cylinder for pushing bending
Observe and check the bending condition, stop the hydraulic cylinder immediately after completing the bending degree, and stop the induction power on at the same time. Turn off the cooling water, loosen the fastening fixture, or repeat the above steps for continuous bending, or remove the pipe fitting bend.
