Carbon steel reducer is a type of pipe fitting used for pipe diameter reduction. Eccentric reducer is a type of pipe used at the ends of pipelines. The commonly used forming and processing techniques are reduced diameter pressing, expanded diameter pressing, or reduced diameter plus expanded diameter pressing. Stamping forming can also be used for some specifications and models of reducers. The forming process of reducing diameter and expanding diameter, expanding diameter or reducing diameter pressing is generally used for reducing diameter pipes, and stamping forming can also be used. The key to stamping forming processing technology is that for a portion of the specified specifications of the reducer, the stamping die used for stamping can refer to the design scheme of the inner surface specification of the reducer, and the thick steel plate after cutting can be stamped and stretched into shape using the stamping die.
The expansion processing technology of the reducer is mainly to effectively handle the problem of the large and small ends of the reducer being difficult to form according to the reduction diameter. A pipe blank with a diameter lower than the large end of the reducer is selected, and an internal stamping die is used to expand the diameter along the inner diameter of the pipe blank to form. The shrinkage forming process of seamless splicing reducer is to place a pipe blank with the same diameter as the reducer at the large end into the forming die, and press it along the radial direction of the pipe blank to make the metal material move along the core of the die and fold it into shape. According to the size of the reducer head, it can be divided into one press forming or several press forming.
