The production process of ASME B16.9 ASME A234 WPB SMLS 90 Degree Pipe Fitting Elbow: First, weld a polygonal multi ribbed ring shell or a multi ribbed fan-shaped shell with both ends closed. After filling the interior with pressure medium, apply internal pressure. Under the action of internal pressure, the cross-section gradually changes from polygonal to circular, and finally becomes a circular ring shell. According to the requirements, a circular ring shell can be cut into 4 90 degree carbon steel pipe fitting elbows or 6 60 degree carbon steel pipe fitting elbows or other specifications of carbon steel pipe fitting elbows. This process is suitable for manufacturing large carbon steel pipe fitting elbows of any specification with a pitch diameter to inner diameter ratio greater than 1.5, and is currently an ideal method for manufacturing large carbon steel pipe fitting elbows.

The advantages of the production process for carbon steel pipe fitting elbows are mainly mentioned in the following aspects:

  (1) It does not require pipe blank as raw material, which can save the cost of pipe making equipment and molds, and can make carbon steel pipe fitting elbows with large diameter and relatively thin wall thickness.

  (2) The raw material is a flat plate or a deployable curved surface, so the cutting is simple, the accuracy is easy, and it is convenient for assembly and welding.

  (3) Due to the above two reasons, it can shorten the manufacturing cycle, reduce costs, and ensure the quality of carbon steel pipe fitting elbows

DIN 2632 PN 10 Weld Neck Flanges are generally used in high pressure applications, where hot or cold temperatures exist. These steel DIN 2632 weld neck flanges are circumferentially welded into the system at its neck which means that the integrity of the butt welded area can be easily examined by radiography.
